- Do as an
- OTR: Evaluate residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans Promote independence in everyday activities—dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and meaningful routines Support safe transitions, equipment needs, and environmental adaptations Educate caregivers, staff, and families to enhance outcomes Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members Deliver skilled therapy services across skilled nursing and assisted living settings
