The role involves providing personal care services, such as showering, dressing, and assistance with toileting, along with housekeeping tasks for individuals in their homes. Specific duties are detailed in the client's individual care plan and may include specialized tasks like G-tube care and transfers.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, authorized to work in the United States, and possess their own vehicle for necessary travel, such as grocery shopping. Candidates must also own a smartphone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and be capable of lifting or moving up to 35 pounds.
While each person is unique and has different care needs, below is a sample of personal cares you may provide while caring for an individual at Community Living Alliance:
Personal cares (Includes but not limited to) Showering/grooming G-tube Dressing Meal preparation Transfers/repositioning Toileting (Full assist) Bowel programs Housekeeping Any additional cares provided in the client’s individual care plan
Part-time (Not to exceed 30 hours a week) AMs and PMs (preferred) available Typical client hours between 7am-9pm
Pay starts at $15.75/ hr $1/ hr extra on weekends

& Experience Requirements: MUST have a vehicle (travel for grocery shopping) 18+ years of age Own a Smart Phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Authorized to work in the United States Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds
