• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday;
• Week 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday

Responsibilities

• As an LPN, you will oversee and deliver resident care in our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units. Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards
• Administering medications, treatments, and providing direct care per care plans
• Monitoring residents’ conditions and responding to changes appropriately
