The Clinical Nurse partners with and advocates for patients and families to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support, functioning in a versatile role that promotes excellence in nursing practice. The RN utilizes the nursing process with evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload and collaborates with the inter-professional team.
Applicants must be a Registered Nurse who has graduated from an accredited school of nursing, with a BSN preferred, and must possess a valid Ohio RN license and current CPR certification by the time of hire. No prior job-related work experience is required, but candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with basic computer knowledge.
