Opportunity
Details: Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population. Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health. Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders. Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers. Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients. Must provide late evening and weekend coverage as part of the standard scheduling rotation. Qualifications Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required. Active New York State medical license required.
