The Executive Assistant will provide diversified personal administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics, handling general clerical and reception duties. This includes managing calendars, answering phones, and assisting with project-based work like preparing reports for publication or presentation.
Candidates must possess three to four years of administrative and clerical experience specifically within a clinical setting. Essential requirements include the ability to prioritize work for self and others, strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills.
