The Polysomnographic Technologist performs sleep studies and initiates sleep-related therapies according to physician orders. They also troubleshoot equipment and communicate with team members regarding patient and equipment issues.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and possess relevant credentials. No previous experience is required, but specific certifications must be maintained.

Performs sleep studies in accordance with physician's order, departmental policy and Medical Director's guidelines. Participates in training program as established by the organization. Adheres to department time/attendance standards and infection control practices. Performs other duties as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. Minimum Requirements Education - High School diploma or equivalent preferred Experience - No experience required. Six (6) months direct patient care experience preferred.
