The Activities Assistant in Memory Care is responsible for enriching the lives of residents by creating a joyful and engaging environment where seniors feel seen, heard, and valued. This involves connecting with residents and cooperating closely with the care team to support residents holistically.
Candidates must demonstrate C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) and typically need a high school diploma or GED, along with related experience or successful completion of a State-approved Nursing Assistant training program.
