The Occupational Therapist is responsible for implementing skilled occupational therapy services, which includes evaluating patients, developing initial and ongoing treatment plans, and creating discharge plans. This role also involves supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and contributing to case management within ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.
Candidates must be able to implement occupational therapy services according to established principles and policies, including adhering to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy. Key duties involve patient interaction, staff collaboration, and supervision of COTAs.
