The Resident Assistant is responsible for caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, hygiene, and mobility. Duties also involve aiding in daily tasks like housekeeping and transportation, and observing/reporting changes in resident condition.
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and associates. A CNA certification is beneficial but not mandatory for this role.
