The Women and Children Float Pool RN will be a positive contributor to the collaborative nursing team, utilizing excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients according to Nursing Standards. Responsibilities also include ensuring all procedures adhere to established Standards of Care and meticulously documenting all aspects of patient care while administering medications and parenteral therapies.
Required certifications include BLS from the American Heart Association, and initial NRP Part I certification as defined by the primary specialty unit. Additional certifications like NRP Part II, ACLS, PALS, and an ECG course must be obtained during clinical orientation as defined by the primary specialty unit.

45.00 - 58.00 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
