The ideal applicant should be comfortable working independently and demonstrate excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.
We’re looking for a licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist who’s confident managing a diagnostic and hearing aid caseload independently. You’ll be backed by a well-established ENT team and supported by the resources of a larger organization—but still enjoy the feel of a local, small office. Key Responsibilities Perform hearing evaluations and recommend personalized treatment options Fit, program, and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices Provide counseling, education, and follow-up care to patients and families Collaborate closely with the ENT providers to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold state and clinical standards What We’re Looking For Licensed Audiologist (Au.D. or M.S.) or Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) in the state of Florida Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting skills Excellent communication and patient counseling ability Comfortable working independently in a smaller clinic Professional, reliable, and committed to patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $70,000 + commission (negotiable based on experience) PTO: 3 weeks to start; 4 weeks after 3 years Insurance: Health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability 401(k) with match after 1 year CEU & Licensing: Annual licensure and 2 professional memberships covered, plus CEU allowance
