Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing and Nurse Practitioner program, licensed as an RN and APRN in the state of practice, and possess two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Additional requirements include obtaining a Federal DEA license, having a valid driver's license, and being willing to provide telehealth services.

- Addictions Medicine Experience Required · Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner program. · Licensed as a RN in state of practice. · Licensed as an APRN in state of practice. · Two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Additional

Physical Requirements · Sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and negligible force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. · Frequent repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and writing. · Mostly seated work with occasional walking or standing for brief periods.
