The Ultrasound Technician provides quality ultrasound studies for diagnosis and maintains equipment and supplies. They also ensure a clean work area and act as a consultant for scan appropriateness and accuracy.
Candidates must be graduates of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or School of Radiology, with ARRT certification preferred. Critical thinking skills and the ability to work under stress are essential.
