The Occupational Therapy Assistant will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This role plays an essential part in helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Carry out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
