Pay

$46.00-$48.00 per hour for full-time committed position OR $20/hour on call rate + attractive per visit rate - willing to negotiate a flex schedule that works for you

Job Description: Extended Hours Hospice Nurse

Responsibilities

Telephone triage during time that the office is not open Must live within 30 minutes of Marlboro Shifts may include: Weekday and Weekend nights 5pm-8:30am Provide scheduled and PRN visits for admission, recertification, discharge, symptom management, RN pronouncement of death, and other needs as assigned. Daily Point of Care Documentation Provide coverage for scheduled visits as well as unscheduled visits

Preferred Qualifications

(not required, and we are willing to provide training to the right candidate): Experience with supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Licensed Practical Nurses Certification as a Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse
