The LPN provides quality and cost-effective direct care for patients and families within their primary area of practice, collaborating with the healthcare team to help patients achieve established outcomes of care. This involves participating in direct patient care by obtaining, documenting, and reporting patient data related to the care plan and performing therapeutic measures under the direction of an RN or MD.
Candidates must possess a current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license to practice. Medical/Surgical office experience is preferred, and specialization or specific work experience may be required depending on the role.
