The clinician will work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based clinical services, conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and developing individualized care and discharge plans. Responsibilities also include utilizing specific therapeutic interventions, providing patient/family education, and maintaining timely, patient-centered documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related Human Service Field, along with required licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC) and a valid driver's license. Experience in a healthcare setting and computer proficiency are also necessary qualifications.
