The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and behavioral health care, supporting clients in directing their own health care experiences through assessment, intervention, education, and resource linkage. Duties include utilizing age-appropriate skills, assisting members in developing cost-effective care plans, and promoting multi-disciplinary, patient-centered care.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold the required licenses (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) unrestricted in the state of practice, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and an NPI number. Required experience includes one year in a mental health setting, with a preference for three to five years of related experience in environments like an FQHC or medical outpatient clinic.
