The role involves managing patient communications, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling referrals, and promoting patient portal usage. Essential duties also include updating the Electronic Health Record (EHR) with accurate clinical data and coordinating new patient preparation.
Candidates must have completed a Medical Assisting program with evidence of training in clinic procedures and hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting is required, along with appropriate clinical, telephone, and computer skills.

1. Fills in for staff as needed and qualified. 2. Assists the Center Manager as necessary. 3. Participates in team meetings. 4. Performs other duties as assigned.

May require limited travel within service area. Reimbursements provided at existing rate of the corporation.
