This role is responsible for managing the patient flow, which includes greeting, checking in patients, handling scheduling, and completing the checkout process at the Oak Brook location. The representative will also assist with general office duties and must be cross-trained on medical assistant responsibilities as needed.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and preferably have a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare position. Essential qualifications include good communication skills, basic computer literacy, a patient-focused attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Part-Time Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support our Oak Brook location. This role is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments and following through with the checkout process. The PSR will also assist with office duties as needed.
Greet patients Check in patients and assist with individual concerns, as they arise Collect appropriate information including insurance overview, co-pay and deductible assignment and open balances Performs administrative tasks and must be cross trained on medical assistant responsibilities to provide support as needed Other tasks, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ CRITICAL SKILLS High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred Good verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment Patient-focused with the ability to work independently Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment SCHEDULING: Must have flexibility: Monday 8:00a - 5:30p Tuesday- 8:00a- 5:30p Wednesday- 8:00a-12:30p
