The Registered Nurse provides clinical treatment by following the nursing process, which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The nurse must approach every patient with dignity, compassion, and respect.
This role requires performing clinical treatments based on the established nursing process steps. Candidates must be prepared to work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, including required weekend and holiday rotations.
