Registered Nurse OB

• The RN in this position provides safe, evidence-based, and culturally competent care in a very diverse community to the birthing patient and family unit. Responsibilities include:
• Accurate interpretation of Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• Timely and appropriate labor and delivery interventions
• Skilled postpartum and newborn care
• Effective patient and family education, including discharge planning
• Clear, timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Adapt to rapidly changing patient and team needs
• Professional collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Strong clinical judgement and the ability to work well within a team
• Prior nursing experience preferred
