Job Summary Deliver professional nursing care in clinic settings using the nursing process; coordinate care planning, triage patient needs, administer medications, perform clinical tasks (e.g., EKG), and support clinical staff through skills validation and workflow leadership. Key Responsibilities Triage and prepare patients; assist providers during exams/procedures; administer injections/medications. Perform/coordinate EKG and other clinic tests per policy; manage wound care and staple/suture removal. Coordinate referrals, pharmacy, prior auths, and patient follow-up; maintain accurate EHR documentation. Support clinic efficiency and staff development (skills check-offs, positive team leadership). Job Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited RN program; Arkansas RN license; BLS; 1+ year of RN experience. Preferred 1+ year of clinic nursing experience.
