This role involves evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload one-on-one within senior living communities, focusing on conditions like dysphagia, cognitive impairment, and neurologic disorders. The therapist must make appropriate functional decisions independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and hold an active CCC-SLP state license. Prior experience in outpatient therapy is preferred, and experience specifically with dysphagia is required.
