As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about residents' life stories and utilize nursing skills daily to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. This role involves leading teamwork within the care team and collaborating with facility teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana and demonstrate proficiency in medication management. A strong passion for geriatric nursing, commitment to senior care excellence, and the ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurate documentation are also required.
