The Registered Nurse Float will implement and monitor patient care plans while coordinating care across disciplines in both the Emergency Department and Med Surg units. They are responsible for documenting patient conditions and executing physician and nursing orders to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. A diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing is required.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
