The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients in a home health setting to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and mobility. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide education to patients and caregivers regarding safety and home exercise programs.
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in Texas and possess a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred, along with strong communication skills and professional liability insurance.
