The clinician is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate, confidential case files for assigned clients while strictly complying with all program documentation policies for activities like assessments and treatment plans. This role involves determining client appropriateness for services using DSM5/ICD-10 criteria and developing individualized treatment plans collaboratively with the client.
A minimum requirement is an Associate's degree, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with required licensure such as LCDCII, LCDCIII, LPC, or LSW. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and familiarity with regulations governing client information disclosure and record storage.
$25.50 - $32.33/hour (based on degree/licensure)
Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. LCDCII, LCDCIII, LPC, LSW licensure required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with regulations governing the disclosure of client information and storage of client records required.
