The Case Manager serves as a Skills Trainer for Adult Behavioral Health clients in the Dumas area, responsible for conducting state-approved assessments and identifying recovery goals for adults with mental health or substance use issues. Duties include teaching evidence-based practices, providing linkages to community resources, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to promote client stability.

Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or a related human services field for QMHP credentialing. Experience requirements vary by level: Case Manager I requires none, Case Manager II requires one year, and Case Manager III requires two years of behavioral health case management experience, with graduate work potentially substituting for experience.
