The Physical Therapist will provide services based on a physician's plan of care, assessing patients' functional status to develop and implement rehabilitation programs. Responsibilities also include directing patients and families in appliance use, reporting condition changes to the physician, and participating in discharge planning.
Candidates must possess an active physical therapy license in Ohio and a degree from an accredited program, along with current CPR certification and reliable transportation. Two years of appropriate physical therapist experience, especially in community or home health settings, is preferred.
Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other areas preferred. Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist preferred. Community/home health experience is preferred. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle physical workload.
