The TCU Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care according to individualized care plans, administering prescribed medications and treatments, and monitoring patient conditions. Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Rhode Island and be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or acute care is preferred, along with strong clinical and organizational abilities.

The TCU Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients transitioning from hospital to home or long-term care, ensuring a smooth and safe recovery process.
