Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a bilingual in Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a hybrid role in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience and offers the flexibility of working primarily remotely with one day on-site per week. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities. Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers within the multi-specialty practice. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Active New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Required). Must have active Medicaid and Medicare. Must be residing in the tri-state area.
