The role involves providing comprehensive care through both in-person and virtual visits, focusing on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness. Responsibilities also include prescribing medications, developing personalized health plans, and educating patients on wellness and prevention.
Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted FNP license and Board certification as an FNP, along with DEA registration. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of primary care experience treating patients aged 2 and older, and familiarity with HIPAA.
Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
