• $130,000-$135,000 - 40 hours per week

• Job: We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.

• Bring to the
• Team (Minimum
• Qualifications): Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state. Board certification as an FNP. DEA registration. 2+ years of primary care experience preferred. Experience treating patients ages 2+. Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality. Ability to pass on-site credentialing. Ready to Make a Meaningful Impact?
