About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Physician (MD) to join our clinical team.
This role is responsible for providing primary care and diagnostic services, working collaboratively with the team to assist our patient population in chronic disease management and overall health promotion through individual intervention and ongoing education.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients, including children ages 2+.
Intervention & Education: Assist patients in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.
Treatment Planning: Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to address patient health issues.
Virtual Care: Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate.
