The physician will provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services while managing chronic diseases through individual interventions and patient education. They will also collaborate with the clinical team to develop treatment plans and provide virtual care when clinically appropriate.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited United States Osteopathic Medical School (DO) and have completed a residency program in the United States. A current state medical license, DEA registration, and board certification or eligibility in primary care are required.
