The Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, evidence-based medication management, and treatment to patients, while also offering clinical supervision to other psychiatric providers. This role involves collaborating with psychotherapists and primary care physicians to support the overall health and happiness of the community served.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree, completion of a four-year psychiatry residency, and be completion eligible for ABPN Board certification. A valid California medical license, current CA DEA licensure, and current AHA-approved Basic Life Support certification are mandatory for employment.

Role overview and purpose
The Psychiatrist will work to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by providing evaluations and medication management services to patients. This role will work with psychotherapists, primary care physicians, and adjunct support services staff. Additionally, this role will support the clinical supervision and professional growth of other psychiatric providers, such as Advance Practice Providers and/or trainees.
$250,200.00 to $425,300.00 annually, depending on experience
The posted salary range reflects the designated pay grade for this position. While this range represents the broader classification of the role, actual compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s overall knowledge, skills, and experience, market data and industry benchmarks, internal equity within the organization, Budgetary considerations and organizational needs. As a result, placement within the range is not guaranteed, and the full pay grade range may not be utilized.
