Short Description The trained Surgical technologist, under the direct supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician, is assigned as an assistant to specific service areas in the Surgical Suite.

Overview The Cooper Surgery Center at Moorestown is a modern outpatient facility with six operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and an interventional radiology suite.

Patients receive seamless care from pre-operative assessment through recovery, supported by a skilled surgical team and advanced technology.

Specialties include general, orthopedic, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, vascular, and other minimally invasive procedures designed for faster recovery and greater comfort.

Care goals are designed to reduce pain, limit complications, and help patients return to normal activity sooner.

Experience Required 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience is preferred Education Requirements Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists License/Certification Requirements Certified Surgical Technologist Credential administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or its successor, or other nationally recognized credentialing organization (e.g.

NCCT – National Center for Competency Testing, etc.).

Special Requirements Hours: 6:30A-5P Must annually complete 15 hours of continuing education to remain qualified to practice as a Surgical Technologist in NJ SIGN-ON BONUS DETAILS: MUST BE CERTIFIED Offer valid through September 30, 2026 Two Year Commitment: $4,000 for Full Time $2,000 for Part Time One Year Commitment: $2,000 for Full Time $1,000 for Part Time Salary Min ($) USD $25.00 Salary Max ($) USD $42.50

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists and possess the Certified Surgical Technologist Credential from NBSTSA or another nationally recognized organization. A minimum of one year of Surgical Technologist experience is preferred.
