The provider will evaluate and treat clients in crisis at an acute care behavioral health facility, focusing on rounding in crisis and detox units. They will serve as the medical representative within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services.
Candidates must hold an APN or PA degree from an accredited university and demonstrate experience working with marginalized populations. A commitment to harm reduction and Medications for Addiction Treatment is required.
The salary range for this position is SummitStone’s good faith belief and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of the posting. An Acute Care Medical Provider is needed for day shift to help us in our endeavor to build the healthiest community in the nation … one person at a time.
This position will be based at the new and innovative acute care behavioral health facility, which opened in late 2023. SummitStone has the privilege of partnering closely with Larimer County on this venture. We provide comprehensive and collaborative care to individuals in crisis with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
The advanced practice provider (PA or NP) will provide professional services in the evaluation and treatment of clients at our acute care facility. The primary focus will be rounding on clients admitted to our crisis and/or detox units.
