Patient Care: Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs. Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor for side effects. Support RN: Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and follow their directives. Resident Observation: Monitor residents conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
Record patient information and updates accurately in medical charts.
