The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for implementing resident care plans, which includes providing basic medical care like dressing wounds and administering medications while monitoring for side effects. Key duties also involve assisting Registered Nurses, observing resident conditions, and accurately documenting all patient information and updates.
Candidates must possess an active LPN license for the applicable state and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a geriatric care setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Patient Care: Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs. Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor for side effects. Support RN: Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and follow their directives. Resident Observation: Monitor residents conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
Active LPN license in the applicable state. Experience in a geriatric care setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
