The role involves working within a cross-disciplinary team to deliver direct clinical services, including conducting a minimum of 20 hours per week of individual, family, and/or group counseling sessions for clients with SUD and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate electronic records, participating in treatment planning, and ensuring compliance with State, County, and agency regulations.
Candidates must be registered as an AMFT or ASW, holding a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and must possess a minimum of three years of experience working with acute Substance Use Disorder and co-occurring disorders. Essential requirements include bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.
