The LCSW or LCPC will provide outpatient mental health counseling and therapy, involving the assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans for patients' psychosocial and behavioral health conditions. This role requires close collaboration with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the State of Maine, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an FQHC setting is preferred, and applicants must successfully pass criminal and DHHS background checks.
