The Clinical Practice Specialist acts as a strategic liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and operational teams to ensure workflows and policies support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. This role is crucial in shifting healthcare environments, particularly in outpatient and ambulatory settings, requiring clinical expertise and operational awareness.
Candidates must possess either an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) with three to five years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) with two years of experience specifically in an Ambulatory Care setting. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required at the time of hire.
