Promote and restore patient health by delivering individualized care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation while maintaining professional nursing standards. This includes establishing a compassionate environment, closely monitoring patient status, recording significant conditions, and educating patients on procedures.
Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Indiana RN licensure, and one or more years of hospital staff nursing experience, preferably in ICU Telemetry, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications. A BSN and two or more years of experience are highly preferred.

Establishing a compassionate environment acknowledging and attending to physiological and psychological needs; Closely monitoring status of patient under his/her care; Observing patient, recording significant conditions and reactions, and notifying healthcare team as needed of patient’s condition; and Educating patient on procedures and treatments to gain cooperation, understanding and allay apprehension.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate from an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State of Indiana One (1) or more years hospital staff nursing experience Recent experience in ICU Telemetry certified Current Healthcare BLS and ACLS certification
Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) Two (2) or more years hospital staff nursing experience TB and IV certification (or willing to obtain within department guidelines)
