The Registered Nurse is responsible for the general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel activities during shifts, weekends, and holidays to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. This role involves utilizing the nursing process for patient assessments, planning care, performing interventions, and collaborating with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians.
A Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, alongside an active RN licensure and BLS certification. Candidates must possess the ability to observe, assess, record standards, work independently and in a team, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
