The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high standards of nursing care to patients in various departments. This includes assessing patient needs, planning and modifying care, and implementing interventions as part of a healthcare team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a current RN license in Texas. Preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of hospital nursing experience and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Stephens Memorial Hospital is seeking to hire a full time Registered Nurse to work the night shift in the Med-Surg Department.
Position is Eligible for Sign on Bonus
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high standards of nursing care to ill, injured convalescent or disabled patients in the Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical Department, and/or the Ambulatory Care Services Department. The RN works as part of SMH’s healthcare team and is responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and modifying care, and implementing interventions. The RN is assigned to a primary nursing unit but may be asked to work in any other nursing unit based on the needs of those departments and the patient population and is expected to function according to the Registered Nurse scope in each department.
