The Mammography Technologist is responsible for executing high-quality mammographic imaging procedures to aid in the early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions. This involves operating specialized equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and adhering strictly to regulatory standards like ACR and MQSA guidelines.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and be a graduate of an accredited Radiology Program. Required credentials include current Texas Radiology Certification, current BLS Certification, and current ARRT certification specifically in Mammography.

Stephens Memorial Hospital is seeking a Mammography Technologist to work on a PRN or as needed basis.
The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality mammographic imaging procedures to support the early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions. This role involves operating specialized imaging equipment, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as ACR and MQSA guidelines. As a key member of the healthcare team, the technologist collaborates with radiologists and other professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic services, contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
1. High School graduate or equivalent 2. Graduate of an accredited Radiology Program 3. Current Texas Radiology Certification and current BLS Certification. 4. Current ARRT certification in Mammography
