Stephens Memorial Hospital is currently seeking to hire a Full Time Physical Therapist.

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist establishes and or develops treatment plans, carries out routine functions, documents the progress of treatment, and modifies specific treatments in accordance with patient status and within the scope of treatment.

Position Requirements

Graduate of an educational program that meets the requirements of licensure.

Licensure, Registry or Certification: Current Texas Rehab services License required

At least three years’ experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist required.

Current CPR Certification.

Candidates must be graduates of a licensure-eligible program and hold a current Texas Rehab services License. At least three years of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist and a current CPR certification are required.
