About the role

Licensed Practical Nurses will provide direct nursing care to clients based on physician's orders and established procedures, which includes assessing physical and emotional needs and developing individualized care plans. Responsibilities also involve administering medications, monitoring client progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.

We hire Nurses across Central Missouri in areas such as: Columbia, Boonville, and more (subject to availability)

Supporting teams such as

Community Support, Psychiatry, ACT, ACT-TAY, IMPART, Substance Use Disorder Recovery, Residential.

As a Nurse at Burrell, you'll be responsible for

  • Providing direct nursing care to clients in accordance with physicians' orders and established policies and procedures
  • Assessing clients' physical and emotional needs and developing individualized plans of care to meet those needs
  • Administering medications and monitoring clients' progress and response to treatment
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Collaborating with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Educating clients and their loved ones about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
  • Promoting a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth, dignity, and well-being for all clients

Qualifications: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) in Missouri

Requirements
